Is the build really free? What's the actual catch?
Yes. No catch. The first 50 client briefs of 2026 get a Hybrid React + Next.js site (normally $1,249) at $0. We do ask for a 30-day post-launch testimonial and permission to feature the work on this site — that's it. Limit is 50 total for the year, after which standard pricing resumes.
Do I need to sign on for SEO or another service to qualify?
